Registration Desk will be available from May 3 to May 6 between 08:00-21:00. You can pick up your name badges, event pack, certificate and event program booklet from the registration desk.

Name Badges
Our guests should complete the required registration process and pick up their name badges to enter the conference center. We kindly ask you to wear the name badges at all scientific and social activities throughout the conference. The name badges are required to be worn for safety reasons.

Booths and Exhibition Area
During the event, a large area will be devoted to pharmaceutical, medical supplies and book companies to exhibit their products.

The official language of the event is Turkish. Interpretation services will be offered in sessions where international guests are invited. 

Certificate of Attendance 
Certificates of Attendance will be given to all participants on May 6, 2018 at the Registration Desk. 

25th Annual Interventional Meeting with Live Cases will be accredited by TMA-CME Accreditation Council. For the validation of TMA credits, the participants must submit their ID Number to the agency and obtain a TMA-CME Accreditation Card of their own.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted by 2nd January, 2018. Otherwise, only changes in participant names will be possible.
  • All refunds will be paid after the event.
